Program-controlled Muffle Furnace, a periodic operation electric furnace, is suitable for sintering, heating and heat treatment in laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, scientific research institutions and colleges and universities.
I. Main Features of Program-controlled Muffle Furnace
1. The YJP series integrated program-controlled muffle furnace adopts an overall design and humanized menu design, and is equipped with a liquid crystal program control instrument with high-brightness, wide-view digital display, making the indication clear and intuitive.
2. Adopting industrial PID self-tuning control technology, it supports 30-segment program setting, which is suitable for complex experimental processes. The microcomputer intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, ensuring excellent temperature control effect.
3. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls heating and constant temperature, with precise and stable temperature control.
4. It has audible and visual alarms for faults and over-temperature, and will automatically cut off the heating output.
